1. Accessibility Commitment

Beenokle ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to providing equal access to all digital services, including for users with disabilities. We strive to meet both international and Russian accessibility standards to the fullest extent possible.

Note: This English version is provided for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict, the Russian version shall prevail.

2. Compliance Standards

We follow:

• Federal Law No. 181-FZ "On Social Protection of Disabled Persons in the Russian Federation"
• GOST R 52872-2019: Russian national standard for web accessibility for visually impaired users
• WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), Level AA

3. Conformance Status

As of the publication date, this website substantially conforms with WCAG 2.1 AA standards with some limitations described below. We conduct regular testing and improve our interface based on user feedback.

• Minimized flashing, auto-playing animation, and sounds
• Clear heading structure and consistent interaction logic

• Screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver)
• Automated tools (axe, Lighthouse, WAVE)

6. Known Accessibility Limitations

Some areas of the site may not yet fully meet accessibility standards:

• Some SVG icons may lack descriptive labels (aria-label)
• Some interactive elements are not focusable via keyboard
• Third-party embedded content (e.g., maps, videos) may not be fully accessible
• Some video/audio content may lack captions or transcripts

We are actively working to resolve these issues.

7. Third-party Content

Some elements of the site may be provided by third-party services (videos, maps, forms). While we strive to select only accessibility-compliant components, we cannot fully control their behavior.
