Right of Withdrawal / Refund Policy

1. General

This Refund Policy governs refunds for licenses and subscriptions for Beenokle software, including Beenokle Dos (the web app at https://dela.beenokle.ru and the app for Windows) and ZenWriter (Windows, macOS, Linux).

We provide a free trial with full functionality; no payment is required until it ends. Where a Beenokle Dos trial is provided, it lasts 15 days; after it ends, personal tasks and sync remain available on the Free plan.

Note: This English version is provided for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict, the Russian version prevails.

2. Refund cases

2.1. Perpetual license for a desktop program (ZenWriter)

• Payment charged by mistake or duplicated.
• License key not activated and not used.
• Technical impossibility to use the Software not resolvable by our support within a reasonable time.

2.2. Subscription

• Payment charged after cancellation of the subscription.
• Payment charged by mistake or duplicated.
• Technical impossibility to use the Software for a substantial part of the paid period.

2.3. Lifetime (“Дела навсегда”, Beenokle Dos)

The full price of the Lifetime plan is refunded on a request sent within 14 calendar days from payment. The license key condition does not apply to this plan: Beenokle Dos has no license key; access belongs to the account.

As a general rule, software delivered electronically is non-refundable. Nevertheless, we voluntarily consider refund requests within 14 calendar days from payment if the above conditions are met.

Upon subscription cancellation, access to the Services remains until the end of the paid period.

3. How to request a refund

1. Email: billing@beenokle.ru
2. Provide the product name, order/payment number, date, amount and reason.
3. Provide additional info if requested.

Review time: up to 10 business days. Refunds are made using the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

• No refund for a perpetual desktop license if the license key has been activated/used.
• No refund after 14 calendar days from payment.
• No refund for subscription periods already used.
