Refund procedure for license purchases

1. General
This Refund Policy governs refunds for licenses and subscriptions for Beenokle software, including Beenokle Dos (Windows, macOS) and ZenWriter (Windows, macOS, Linux).
We provide a free trial with full functionality for each product. No payment is required until the end of the trial period.
Note: This English version is provided for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict, the Russian version prevails.
2. Refund cases
2.1. One-time purchase (perpetual license)
- Payment charged by mistake or duplicated.
- License key not activated and not used.
- Technical impossibility to use the Software not resolvable by our support within a reasonable time.
2.2. Subscription
- Payment charged after cancellation of the subscription.
- Payment charged by mistake or duplicated.
- Technical impossibility to use the Software for a substantial part of the paid period.
As a general rule, software delivered electronically is non-refundable. Nevertheless, we voluntarily consider refund requests within 14 calendar days from payment if the above conditions are met.
Upon subscription cancellation, access to the Services remains until the end of the paid period.
3. How to request a refund
- Email: billing@beenokle.ru
- Provide the product name, order/payment number, date, amount and reason.
- Provide additional info if requested.
Review time: up to 10 business days. Refunds are made using the original payment method.
4. Exceptions
- No refund for a perpetual license if the license key has been activated/used.
- No refund after 14 calendar days from payment.
- No refund for subscription periods already used.
