Third parties engaged to provide services and process data

1. Introduction

Below is the list of third-party service providers we engage to deliver our services. We involve them to process specific categories of data strictly for necessary purposes and in accordance with Russian data protection law.

For users in Russia, personal data is processed and stored within the Russian Federation (REG.RU, Yandex Cloud). For international users, data may be stored in the United States (Google Cloud). See our Privacy Policy about data localization.

Note: This English version is provided for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict, the Russian version prevails.

2. CloudPayments (payment provider)

  • Role: payment processing, transaction handling.
  • Data categories: card token, order/transaction ID, amount and payment parameters, statuses.
  • Purpose: accepting payments for licenses/subscriptions, refunds.
  • Storage: card details are handled on CloudPayments’ side; we do not store card credentials.

3. REG.RU (hosting infrastructure)

  • Role: infrastructure/servers within the RF.
  • Data categories: technical logs, network metadata, site content.
  • Purpose: website hosting and availability.
  • Location: Russian Federation.
  • Website: reg.ru

4. Yandex Cloud (cloud platform)

  • Role: cloud storage and compute within the RF.
  • Data categories: service data, backups, technical logs.
  • Purpose: reliable storage and scalable infrastructure.
  • Location: Russian Federation.

5. Google Cloud (cloud platform for international users)

  • Role: cloud storage and compute for users outside Russia.
  • Data categories: service data, backups, technical logs.
  • Purpose: reliable storage and scalable infrastructure for international users.
  • Location: United States.
  • Website:cloud.google.com

6. Yandex.Metrica (analytics)

  • Role: web analytics.
  • Data categories: cookie identifiers (_ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad), aggregated usage data.
  • Purpose: measuring and improving website performance.
  • Consent: enabled only upon cookie consent (see cookie banner).
